Structural characteristics
The configuration structure is shield type, winding number is
double winding, iron core structure is shell type, power supply
phase number is three phase, iron core shape is E type, the
processing is customized type, the cooling form is oil-immersed,
frequency characteristic is medium frequency, the application range
is mine, moisture-proof way is sealed.
Material
Oxygen-free copper lines of lower resistivity, which will become
smoother and burr-free after series of additional surface
treatment, so the load loss of our transformer is lower and the
electric performance is better.
High-quality silicon-steel plates which are of lower unit loss, and
the no-load of the transformers is lower.
High-quality wooden laminating insulation pieces, which won’t split
or move even under the influence of short circuit.
Thoroughly filtrated transformer oil containing less water, gas and
impurities, which makes our transformers work better.
High-quality rubber sealing material, which can prevent the
transformers form aging or leakage.
Workshop
·Service conditions
1. The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, and
the minimum shall not below - 25 ℃;
2. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m. If special customized
transformers and low-voltage components are used, the altitude can
reach 4000m;
3. The vertical inclination is no more than 5 °, and no violent
vibration and impact;
4. The air humidity is not more than 90% (+ 25 ℃);
5. No gas and conductive dust that will seriously affect the
insulation of transformer, no explosion hazard and corrosion of
electrical components;
6. Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m / s.
7. If service conditions beyond the above, specially customized
product is available.
